The Power of ASR, Subtitles, and Closed Captions
Subtitles and closed captions are a fantastic solution for adding text to videos and getting a transcript. Through ASR (automatic speech recognition), you can easily make it happen. The program uses AI technology to accurately and efficiently add subtitles and captions to your video in a fraction of the time it would take a human to do so.
By using them, you’ll make your videos and films more accessible to everyone. Beyond people who are deaf or hearing-impaired, it also helps in many other areas. For instance, people who are working on learning a new language can follow along with native speakers while reading the words. It also helps with general comprehension and understanding of what’s being said, especially if you’re using industry-specific jargon. Another benefit is that it’s been proven that subtitles and closed captions help people concentrate and continue watching the video for longer periods.
