QA Engineer | Full-time 40 hours, Amsterdam

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality.

The QA engineer role plays an important part in our company’s product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs, while being cost-effective. If you hold an engineering background and enjoy providing end-to-end solutions to software quality problems, we’d like to meet you.

WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
You will design and implement tests as well as defining corrective actions.

You are the go to person to review system requirements and testing.

Your goal is to reduce the time of tests and in the end have a 0 bug policy.

You will increase the quality of releases.

You will be responsible for monitoring all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.

YOUR PROFILE
You have a proven track record in software development as well as quality assurance.

Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

You are all about optimization and automation.

You love flawless processes, systems and releases.

You have hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing as well as automated testing tools.

You know how to find the needle in the haystack and have an entrepreneurial and problem solving approach.

You have more than 2 years of experience in a similar role
