No additional charges apply for multiple speakers or the audio quality of the file.</p><p>How do audio quality and background noise affect transcription costs?</p>
<p>Audio quality doesn’t have an impact on the transcription costs. However, we do advise you to upload a file with medium to good audio quality, so the accuracy of the transcript will be to your liking.</p><p>Can I get a volume discount?</p>

<p>If you have forgotten your login details or can no longer access your old account, we can transfer the credits to your new account. However, we cannot transfer the credits to another person’s account. <p>Yes, we do. If you are a customer and use the automatic transcription service, your invoices will be displayed in your account on the Amberscript platform. For businesses, we offer the option of paying by invoice, which we can send by email. <p>At Amberscript, we don’t add additional costs when the file contains multiple speakers. The price that you see after uploading your file and selecting the preferred services is all-in.</p><p>What impact does processing time have on transcription costs?</p>
<p>When using our automatic service, your transcript will be generated within approximately 15 minutes. If you rather use our human-made service, the delivery time can take up to 5 business days, depending on the type of order. We also offer rush delivery service (1 business day), which comes with additional costs.</p><p>Can I pay with PayPal?</p>
<p>Yes, you can pay with PayPal.</p><p>Can I carry over unused hours to the next month?</p>
<p>No, the hours allocated to your account cannot be carried over to the next month. Therefore, please ensure that you use up your credit.</p><p>Does my purchase expire after a certain period of time?</p>
<p>Yes, you must activate your purchase within the first 60 days after purchase to validate it.</p><p>How is my payment information protected?</p>
<p>Billing and payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS-certified third-party provider that protects all payment data entered with high-level encryption. No employee has access to a user’s complete billing information.</p><p>What payment methods are accepted?</p>
