Can I change my billing information?
Unfortunately you can not change your billing information in your account. If you would like to change it, please fill in the customer form here and we will get back to you.
How can I receive my invoice?
If you are a client using the automatic transcription service, your invoices will appear on the Amberscript platform in your account. For entreprises, we provide invoices by email. If you have any questions or requirements concerning VAT or anything else, please contact our sales team here.
How do you protect my payment information?
Billing and payments are processed through a PCI-DSS-certified third-party payment processor, Stripe, which uses high-level encryption to protect all payment details entered. No employee is able to view complete billing information for any user.
Can you rush my order?
If you have a large project with a small timeframe, we can try to rush your order. You can request this order during the upload process.
Can I get a volume-discount?
For enterprises, we provide discounts on bulk orders. For more information please contact us here.
Do you provide VAT refunds?
The VAT rate can be deducted from your invoice if you have provided us with a valid number. We do not however, provide VAT refunds, so please let us know beforehand if you wish to deduct the VAT rate.
How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account and go to the tab “subscription” and click the “unsubscribe” button. Please note that some plans have a minimum period before the cancellation is possible.

What is your refund policy?
We can refund you with transcription credits in case there has been a technical issue that cannot be resolved. Please contact us here so we can resolve the issue.
