How can I activate my AppSumo purchase?
You will be able to activate your purchase by logging in to your AppSumo account and navigating to “Your Products”. Here you will have oversight of the purchased products and here you will be able to activate them. You will only be able to activate your purchase as a new customer.
Can I buy extra hours with my AppSumo plan?
Yes, you can buy additional hours to your account by clicking on “Add credit” on the bottom left side of your dashboard. Please always try to make sure that you have enough credit before you upload a new audio file.
What is included in my AppSumo plan?
Your deal gives you lifetime access to monthly hours that can be used in our automatic services to create transcripts or same language subtitles. This deal doesn’t cover manual (human) services.

What is your refund policy?
For the Sumo-lings, we offer a 60 days refund policy. This is handled directly by AppSumo so please request your refund via their website. (link)
Can I change my email after registration?
No, you cannot change your email after you have registered. Please make sure to type your email address correctly when creating an account.
Can I translate my subtitles and transcriptions via your app?
No, translation is not available in the automatic services but you can order translated manual subtitles services on our platform. Unfortunately, we do not offer translated manual transcriptions. Please check our prices here [link to pricing page]
Can I use the AppSumo credits for manual services?
No. Your deal gives you lifetime access to monthly hours that can be used in our automatic services to create transcripts or same language subtitles. This deal doesn’t cover manual (human) services.
When are the hours credited to my account?
Once you have started your lifetime plan you will receive credits on the same day of the month that you started your plan. Example: If you started your AppSumo plan on the 16th of August you will receive new credit on the 16th of September and so on.
Does my purchase expire?
Yes, you need to activate your purchase in the first 60 days after your purchase to validate them.
Can I transfer unused hours to the following month?
No, the hours allocated to your account cannot be rolled over to the next month so make sure you use your credits. Credits that you will purchase separately from the AppSumo plan will stay in your account until you use them.
Where can I see the balance of my account?
You will be able to see your total balance in the bottom left corner of your screen.
