What is the minimum number of months that I will have to keep my subscription?
Our subscription has a minimum term of 2 months.
If I have a monthly subscription, what happens to the unused hours of transcription at the end of the month?
Unused hours (or minutes) will disappear from your account at the end of the month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, log in to the account and go to the top right corner of your screen. Click on the email address and a drop-down menu will appear. Click on “account”; this will take you to an overview of your account details. Next, scroll down to the bottom of the page and press the button “cancel subscription”.
What if I did not receive the validation email?
If you did not receive a validation email, please look into your SPAM folder. If the email is not there, contact us through our contact form to have your account validated by us.

How do I delete my account?
To delete an account, log in to the account and go to the top right corner of your screen. Click on the email address and a drop-down menu will appear. Click on “account”, this will take you to an overview of your account details. Next, scroll down to the bottom of the page and press the red button “delete account”.
How do I delete a file from my account?
To delete a file from your account, simply log in to your account and go to “my records”, click on the three dots on the right side of the file and click on the “delete” button.
Can I transfer my credits to another account?
If you have forgotten your log-in details or if you cannot access your old account anymore, we can transfer the credits to your new account. We cannot however, transfer the credits to another person’s account. For more information, please contact us here.
I cannot log into my account, what can I do?
If you for some reason cannot log into your account or an error message is displayed, please reset your password with the link in the login screen. If this does not work, please contact us here.
